Press the action button once to start or stop capturing

You’ll see the light turn on and off to indicate when Bee is actively listening or not.

Press and hold the action button to ask Bee a question or leave a voice note

When you hold the button, a beep from your phone indicates a voice mode is active. You configure Hold & Speak in Settings to leave a note in your Notes Stream instead of talking to the Voice Assistant.

To reset or re-pair your Bee, rapidly press the action button 5 times

You’ll see the light flash blue-green to indicate Bee is in pairing mode.

Double press to process or bookmark your conversation

You can configure this in Settings. By default, double-pressing will process your active conversation immediately. However, you can change double-press to:

• Bookmark and process the current conversation.
• Bookmark the conversation only

Keep an eye out for these status lights

• Blue flashing: Too far away from your phone
• Blue & Green flashing: Bee is ready to pair
• 3x Red flashing: Low battery

Adjust Pioneer Device Settings

You can access your Bee Pioneer’s device settings by tapping your profile link (initials) in the top right of the home screen and choosing your device from the Settings list or by tapping the battery percentage of the home screen.

In Device Settings, you can:

• Reference the Pioneer’s status and battery percentage
• Change the “stop after silence” timeout settings to something longer or shorter.
• Power off your Bee Pioneer.
• Upgrade to a new Bee. This will disconnect your previously paired Bee Pioneer.
