Having trouble with your Bee Pioneer? Try these troubleshooting tips.
My Bee doesn’t turn on
- Plug your Bee Pioneer into a USB-C cable to charge it fully.
- The LED should light up if it’s charging properly.
- If the LED doesn’t light up while plugged in, try a different cable or adapter, and check the USB-C port for debris.
If none of these steps work and the Pioneer still doesn’t light up when plugged in, it may be a defective unit. Please email us at [email protected], mention that it won’t power on even when charging, and we’ll help process a replacement or refund.
Bee will not pair with my existing device
- Reset your Bee Pioneer by pressing the action button rapidly 5 times. The LED will turn blue-green to indicate pairing mode.
- Once it's flashing blue-green, try pairing it with your phone:
- Either log out of your account, or tap “Upgrade to a new Bee Pioneer” in the device status screen.
