Is Bee available outside the United States?
No, Bee is currently only shipping to United States customers for now. Please contact [email protected] for help if you've already ordered one as an international customer.
What’s your return policy?
You can return your Bee within 7 days of receipt if the device is in its original condition and intact. To process a return:
- To request a refund, go to your Order Status page (the link is in your order confirmation email) and click “Request Refund.” Once submitted, our team will review your request and follow up by email if necessary. You may also contact [email protected] to initiate the return process, but please note the response time may be slower this way.
- Ship the device back at your own expense or use the prepaid label we send you, depending on the condition of the device.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- For standard returns, ensure the device is undamaged and in working condition.
- If your Bee Pioneer arrived and was not in working condition right out of the box, we’ll process either a refund or replacement unit with our next shipment.
How do I cancel my order & get a refund?
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “REFUND + {your order number}” and include the order number in the body of the email. We’ll initiate your refund as soon as possible. Please note that once a Bee Pioneer order starts processing, it is not possible to change the shipping address.
